How Relay is provided.
A summary of the commercial structure behind Relay. Contractual terms are issued directly as part of a pilot or subscription agreement.

Subscription
Relay is licensed per location, per month, in USD, on the plan agreed at deployment. An annual option is available: pay for ten months, receive twelve.
Deployment
Relay is sales-assisted. There is no self-serve checkout. Configuration is completed with your team around agreed locations and workflows before rollout.
Founding pilot
The 30-day founding pilot runs on one location and one agreed workflow, with a review at the end. Pilot scope and terms are confirmed in writing before it starts.
Integrations
Integrations are delivered as scoped projects and quoted separately. Standard scoped integrations are $1,000 – $3,900 USD one time. Custom enterprise integrations are scoped after technical review.
Communication usage
Normal communication usage for Relay Coverage is included, subject to reasonable-use limits. Unusually high-volume or specialized telephony usage may be billed separately.
Customer data
Your operating data remains yours. Export and deletion are handled as described on the privacy page and in your agreement.
