    Pay for ten months, receive twelve. Annual terms are set during the deployment conversation.

    There is no self-serve checkout. Relay is configured with you around one location and one workflow, then rolled out from there.

Relay Coverage

Automated call-out resolution, by text and voice.

A call-out at 06:57 should not cost a manager forty minutes of phone calls. Relay Coverage works the list, collects the answers and writes the result back into the shift.

    The call-out is captured against the published shift and the work attached to it.

    Identify

    Eligible team members are identified from the relevant operating context — role, availability and location.

    Contact

    Eligible people are contacted by text and voice, in sequence, without a manager working the phone.

    Collect

    Responses come back into the shift, not into someone's personal messages.

  5. 05

    Escalate

    If the shift stays uncovered, it escalates to the manager with everything already attempted.

    Write back

    The resolution is written back to the shift record: who covered, when, and how it was agreed.

Included with Relay Operations and Relay Command. Relay Core may add it for $49 / location / month.

Normal communication usage is included, subject to reasonable-use limits. Unusually high-volume or specialized telephony usage may be billed separately.

Schedule Assist

Build a draft schedule that already respects reality.

Schedule Assist builds a draft schedule around availability, roles and operating requirements. A manager still reviews and publishes it — the draft just stops starting from a blank grid every week.
