What we hold
Organization, location and role records; schedules, availability and time off; routines, procedures, training and acknowledgements; exceptions, notes and completion evidence; and the account details of the people who use Relay.
Why we hold it
Employee data is handled for defined operational purposes: scheduling, coverage, responsibilities, training and shift history. It is not sold, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.
Who can see it
Access is scoped to organization, location and role. Team members see their own shift, responsibilities, training and reported issues. Managers and owners see the operating context they are responsible for.
Communications
Where Relay Coverage is enabled, text and voice contact is used to resolve call-outs for the shift it is attached to. Contact details are used for that operational purpose.
Retention and deletion
Operating history is retained for the period agreed with the customer and deleted on request within a defined window. Deletion requests can be raised through the contact page.
Sub-processors
Relay runs on third-party infrastructure and communication providers. A published sub-processor list is being prepared and will appear here with the final privacy terms.
This page describes current practice in plain language. The binding privacy terms are prepared with counsel and issued as part of a pilot or subscription agreement.
